5 rinks of (full-length) carpet are provided by Gateway Community Centre for a daily fee of $3. Flat, heel-less shoes are required. Bring your own bowls (or we have 3 sets of loaners if you're new to bowls) and your lunch (if you arrive before noon).
There's adequate free parking and a locker for your clothes and boots. We play 14 ends each Wednesday (about 2 hrs) at 1:00 pm. Please arrive by 12:45 (but earlier to help set up is preferred). Season starts October 14.
No, it isn't a league - sides are drawn for each game. Pairs or triples are most commonly played. No membership fee.
